Mission Statement

Our aim is to meet the special needs of people who are deaf, have learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, minor mental health problems and other special needs. Our first commitment is to provide an environment where staff are able to communicate in British Sign Language.

In conjunction with residents, their representatives/family and by means of continuous assessment, care-planning and frequent and regular reviewing, we look to offer a long term package of care which is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

The Company is committed to enhancing the quality of life of each resident; to offering each individual the opportunity of reaching his/her potential, whilst respecting his/her privacy, dignity and personal space. The Company places great emphasis on personal choice, training towards independence, social/life skills training, integration into the community and involvement in age appropriate activities.
